About Claire

Claire joins Chestnut Park Real Estate Ltd. with 14 years of experience helping clients buy and sell luxury real estate in central Toronto neighbourhoods. From first-time homebuyers to growing families, Claire specializes in helping each and every one of her clients assess their unique needs. She is a great listener, and strong negotiator, and truly enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients. Claire has a keen interest in investment properties and looks forward to continuing to help her clients build their real estate investment portfolios.

 

Claire has lived in Toronto most of her life and knows the city well. She grew up in Leaside and after travelling extensively and living abroad, bought her first home in Moore Park where she lived for ten years. Claire has lived with her three daughters in South Leaside and currently resides in the Yonge and Summerhill communities. Claire holds a Double Honours Degree in Political Science and English Literature from the University of Western Ontario.

 

An avid traveller, Claire is fluent in Spanish, and conversational French, and can often be found on the tennis courts at the Toronto Lawn or the ski hills of Beaver Valley. Claire is an active member of her daughters' OLPH and Branksome communities and looks forward to continuing her volunteer initiatives within the community.
